Our effort is to give a clear idea about the various aspects of the trip to avoid misunderstandings during the tour. So we request you to please read all the information given herewith carefully.

  • Booking Procedure: After choosing your holiday & reading the booking terms and conditions, please send us the booking form. On receipt of your booking request, a confirmation Procedure will be start.
  • Payment Conditions: For the confirmation of the tour we must require 60 % of the Total Tour Cost. The balance of the price of your holiday must be paid at least 3 Weeks before the date of departure. In case the balance is not paid in time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.


  • Accommodation on Twin Sharing Basis or as per requirements of client. Though we have given the name of the Hotels, we reserve the right to change the same due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • On Non-Availability of Specified Hotels, other Hotels shall be provided and if any cost difference arises the same shall have to be borne by the Customers. However, before making alternative arrangements, we will keep you informed of the same.
  • If more than 01 Room is Book in any hotel, we do Not Guarantee Rooms next to each other. Whatever Rooms are available, on any floor, during Check-In time will have to be taken.
  • Maximum 2 Adults & 2 Children below 12 Years or 3 Adults are allowed in one Room (Subject to Hotel Condition).
  • Extra bed Policies vary from Hotel to Hotel. At the time of booking, the number of Extra Adult / Children accompanying parents should be specified along with details of their Ages to avoid embarrassing situation at the time of Check-in.
  • The rooms shall be allotted as per the Check-In Time of the Hotel & they shall have to be vacated as per the Hotels Check-Out Time. If Client arriving an early morning & room is needed on arrival, the room should be reserved from the previous night. If client intend to Check-out late, please note that the hotel is entitled to charge additional charges directly to client accordingly unless the client has taken a prior approval from the hotel.


  • The Sightseeing & Traveling can be arranged by any type of Vehicle. During Sightseeing the Vehicle will go up to the point it is allowed or can be taken. Thereafter if any vehicle or other arrangements are to be made then the Expenses should be paid by Tourists Directly.
  • If any of the Sightseeing Place remains Closed on any particular day due to Weekly Off, Government Holidays, Strike, Bandh, Riots or any other such circumstances beyond our control, We Are Not Bound to Show it on the next day or any other day.
  • The Vehicle Can Not Be Used for Local Purpose, But will runs as per the Itinerary or Schedule Given to the Driver or Transporter.
  • There can be an increase in the Tour Cost in case of Hike in Fuel Cost. In such case Extra Charges have to be born directly on the spot by the Customers.

General Points:

  • We are not responsible for Train / Air / Cruise Reservation, but we can assist you.
  • The Company is in any circumstances not liable for any Death, Personal Injuries, Sickness, Loss, Delay, Consequential Loss or Damage or Theft.
  • The company have right to claim any additional amount of money for expenses due to delay in Train, Bus, Air or any other Weather Conditions, Strikes, War Quarantine or any other causes. All the Loss or Expenses will have to be borne by the Tourists.
  • We are Travel & Holiday organizer only. We do not control any Airline, Train, Cruises, Hotel, Transport or any other facility or service mentioned in this programme. Circumstances & factors beyond our control like major road works, traffic congestions, weather conditions, festivals, sport events, political / religious gathering, strikes, change of management / closure of hotels / restaurants, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights / railway, closure of restricted entry at a place of sight seeing may constrain us to alter, amend or change the same, and therefore, we reserve absolute right to alter, amend, change or modify the Tour Itineraries, the Tour Schedule, the Travel Plan, Tour Arrangements & Sightseeing.
  • If there is any Loss or Damage by any tourists to the Property of the Hotel, Bus, Tour Operator or any other Concerned Parties or Person during the tour then such Tourists have to Compensate the concerned Parties or Persons for the same immediately.


  • No Adjustments Whatsoever will be made for LTC claims. We will give receipt for the Amount collected by us and for the Actual tour. Please get Full information about the requirements of validity before our Receipt is issued. No changes whatsoever will be made later; no Fresh Receipt will be issued in lieu of the earlier one.
  • We do not guarantee validity of our receipt for LTC or other such claims. It is your responsibility to verify this with your sources before booking our Package. 
  • Breakup of Packages Will Not Be Given.


  • If you wish to make any amendments to your travel arrangements, after we have issued a confirmation invoice, we would do our utmost to make all the changes as required by you. However, we would require a written notification from the person who has booked the tour, before the date of departure. This must be accompanied by a payment of 500 /- INR to cover our administration costs. Additional charges may apply for change of departure date; a change made during peak season or in case payments have been already made to the Suppliers.
  • If you wish to make any amendments after your holiday has begun, we and our local representatives would do our utmost to implement it, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. Any costs incurred in making such amendments would be passed on to you and the unavailed part of the previously booked holiday would be liable to 100% cancellation charge.

Cancellation Policy:

  • A booking once forwarded can be postponed, but can not be cancelled. If cancelled the prevailing cancellation terms shall be followed.
  • If you wish to cancel your holiday, you must notify in writing to ‘Parikrama Holidays’ as soon as possible. Your holiday would be deemed to be cancelled only on the date we receive your written request. Your cancellation will attract the following cancellation charges:
  • More than 25 days of the tour commence – 30 %
  • 25 days before, but more than 15 days of the tour commence – 60 %
  • 15 days before, but more than 5 days of the tour commence – 80 %
  • 5 days before the tour commence or after departure of the tour – 100 %
  • For Exotic, Wildlife, Tribal & Village Tours there will be no Cancellation Policy / No Refund

Refund Policy:

  • Requests for Refund should be made in writing within a prescribe time limit with documentary evidence. All refund requests are subject to obtaining a refund approval from Hotel or Transport & no refund can be given without their approval. We reserve the right to process & whether or not to approve the refund request.
  • In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 – 3 months due to hotel / resorts’ terms conditions & banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account or to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
  • If after commencement of the program, the tour is to be Cut Short for Political or other Reason or if the program is to be curtailed before the due period, Clients / Tourists shall not be entitled to ask for any refund of the charge.
  • Natural Calamities: In case of Earthquake, Political Stunts, Train Accident, Land Slides, Road Accidents, Flood, etc. we may change the tour programme for your safety.
  • Complaints: Parikrama Holidays and its staff/associates would do their best to ensure that you have an enjoyable holiday. However, in case you are dissatisfied and have a complaint, you should immediately advise your local representative. If your complaint is not resolved, you should contact us (email or fax) immediately. If the complaint is still not resolved, please register a written complaint to us within 10 days of your completing the tour along with supporting documentation. Failure to take any of these steps will deny Parikrama Holidays the opportunity to resolve it immediately and/or to investigate it properly. We will not accept liability for any complaint that was not notified to our local/regional representative and to Parikrama Holidays in writing at the relevant time.
  • It is your responsibility to behave appropriately and responsibly. We reserve the right to terminate your holiday during its operation in case you are found to be behaving in a socially unacceptable manner or indulging in an illegal activity. In such cases no refund would be given for the unavailed portion of the holiday or any additional expenses incurred as a result.
